Newsletter Problems
If you have signed up for our Newsletters but they are not appearing in your Inbox then please check the following:
Check your Spam folder within 5 days of the Newsletter going out. If it is in Spam then mark it as not spam by clicking on the X next to the spam label at the top of the message.
If you have a Gmail email account then the Newsletter may have gone into your Promotions tab rather than your Primary tab. If that has happened please either drag and drop the email into your Primary tab or follow the advice on this link
